Let me tell you, when I opened the box and saw the parts, I was blown away! Firstly, all the parts are quality, finely machined and the finish and color is really polished, not cheap at all! Naturally, the wood appearance is not really wood, but it does look really nice, even close up. Zero noise after it was all put together! But the best part of all is it has a tall, medium, or short assembly for the seat! See my pictures! That way the seat is not clipping the circulation at the back of my knees! My feet are flat on the floor when the seat is low and if I lift the seat all the way up, my feet sit very comfortably on the foot rests on the chair frame. I don’t recall this mentioned in any reviews or in the chair’s description but it should! That is huge! It’s a customization you don’t get with many chairs at this price point. I hope this chair is one step in the layers of improvements I’m making towards healing my poor nerves. I’m very pleased with my purchase, it wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t the most expensive either.
