Customer Review: I really like this mop system, it’s unique and has an added feature I think most people can appreciate. I know I do. What makes this mop system different than most others is that it has 4 “tanks”, but really it’s 2 tanks (one for clean water, the other for dirty water) and 2 additional “chambers” that slip inside the 2 main tanks. One of the chambers is a wringer/spinner that spins out all the water from the mop head (like you see with most of these newer mop systems) and it is also used to pump clean water into the other chamber when you turn the valve ON. The second chamber is what I call the “cleaning chamber” and this is the feature I really like about this mop system that others don’t have. This chamber can hold water and when you put the mop head into it, you spin it and as it spins, the strands beat against the ribbed walls and helps clean it. If the water gets dirty, you can turn its valve on and the water will drain. Your mop head doesn’t go into the main clean water tank or the main dirty water tank. It keeps the mop head separate from both. And a neat thing about this is that you don’t even have to use it if you don’t want to. You can lift this chamber out and spin the mop head into the main dirty water tank (yeah, it sounds gross, but that’s how original/traditional mops work) and still use the wringer/spinner to spin it dry. I’ve seen some comments that said this mop system seems too complicated or hard to use. It’s really not. They’re just not used to seeing something new like this. Once you look at it, fill it up with water and use it, you’ll realize it’s a simple design. It’s a mop system that actually allows you to clean the mop head rather than just dunking it in dirty water, or spinning it dry and calling it “clean” lol. Go check out some videos people made online and keep what I said in mind. Also seen a comment where someone said that they couldn’t get the mop inside the chamber to get it wet. All you need to do is place it inside, allow the head to absorb some water, then move the mop out and back in, letting other parts of the mop to get wet. It takes only a couple of seconds. Yes, you need to understand a tiny bit of physics to get this going (just teasing) And another comment I seen was about the hidden wheels. They said that the mop only moves forward and back, not side to side. That’s not really a problem. Yes, the wheels are designed to move forward and back, but you’ll be using this on hard floor where it won’t be a problem for that, but it could be a problem if you’re pushing it onto carpet. If so, it still wouldn’t be much of a big deal as some may have you believe. The wheels are “hidden” which means it’s recessed which makes the bottom of the mop buck real close to the ground. If you have shaggy carpet you might have some difficulty maneuvering it, but for most people this wouldn’t be a problem at all. It’s a nice mop system and I’ve had it for 10 days now. I used it 4 times and I love it 🙂 The pole/handle feels solid and comfortable. It’s not skinny and short like those spin mops with flat mop heads. Customer Review: I usually don’t write reviews. No news is usually good news, however I have been overwhelmed with trusting reviews. I have heard of company paying for good reviews ect. Which has left me not trusting any good reviews. I will say this off the bat. I am not paid or even asked to leave a review for this mop. I had been bombarded with ads about the new oceader easy ring mop. Which is similar to this mop on separating the clean and Dirty water which sounded it fabulous. I have just moved into a 2800 square food three level home and the traditional mop was killer. I spent weeks researching every mop and I became more and more frustrated the more I researched. Looking into a sturdy bucket and mop. Do I want a foot pedal or a spin mop handle? Do I want plastic or mental ? So many choices. The reason I decided against the o cedar after researching was the complaints of capacity and I like the boil downWater and there no way to get boiling hot waiter into that tiny hole. Now I know you want to hear about this mop system. For one is it much bigger bucket, it does have wheels ….. so it makes it easy to move around and even carrying it when I need to this bad. The mop is amazing for laying nearly flat to get under dressers, bed, ect. I love the stand up feature where the mop will stand up on his own. Some reviews say it’s hard to to use. I can agree and disagree. Anything new can be complicated. Remember your first smart phone how you felt ? Now you grab it and do what needs to be done like it 2nd nature. Same for this mop. They also send a QR code with several videos on how to set it up all the features ect. Only thing I was unsure about was the metro I didn’t want it to rust, but I always rinse with clean water and pat dry after use. I’ve had it 3 weeks. I mop once a week using a swifter in between. I have a high traffic house of 7 people with 4 sons !! Needle to say it can get dirty. The only thing I could say to friend getting this mop. Is make sure your mop head stings are all in the bucket before spinning cause one out can hit your buttons and turn off to on or vice versa. 2nd always check the plugs on each side before filling up I’ve had a spill or two which is 100% my fault for leaving them open. Customer Review: UPDATE 8 months later-4/22/25: I stand by everything I said in my original review below. Still works great, still easy to use, and Bissell would get 10 stars if the battery lasted just a bit longer. As a 60+ senior woman, I find this mop (Bissell Spinwave Pet, cordless) VERY easy to use. I haven’t had it long, so I can’t say how it will hold up over time, but I wanted to give my first impression of it. It really does propel itself gently along without being hard at all to manage. It’s practically effortless. For real. The only time I had any issue was when I tried to get it to go up on my kitchen floor/gel mat. The mat has tapered edges, and the mop didn’t like trying to make that incline. It acted like my dogs do when it’s bath time, and I had to pull it backwards up onto the mat (which was easy to do). Otherwise, it is very easy to guide and use. It literally takes more strength to pull the pads off than it does to operate the mop (they really do stick on there well). If you’re older or have some limitations in strength, i believe you’d have no problems using this mop. It is a bit ‘heavy’ for us older folks if you have to go up stairs or carry it very far -not really because of the actual weight which is only like 10 lbs., but because it’s a bit awkward even with the carry handle, like trying to carry a vacuum or similar appliance. As far as the battery life, I let it charge the full 4 hours before use. I mopped my kitchen (about 30′ x 5′) and another area that’s about 14’x14′ before it started running out of juice. I don’t think that’s too bad, really. To be fair, I went pretty slow with it, especially when I discovered that it will do a great job up against my shoe molding. My robot vacuum leaves about an inch of grime, a ‘stain’ so to speak, on the floor about 1″ out from the baseboards. A regular mop really won’t get it and I have to get on the floor with a rag to clean that; even worse, I have to get up off of the floor afterwards. This is not something I do often. Rarely, in fact. Each year that passes, I do it less often than ‘rarely’. But this mop did the job, and it cleaned the shoe molding as well. I set it longways up against the baseboard (and the toe kick of my kitchen cabinets), let it slowly scoot along, and it really did a good job. I was surprised. It can’t get in the corners of course, but nothing really does that very well (including me). It even wiggled itself around and between my dining table & chairs without much guidance. After mopping I took the pads off and hosed them off outside, and those filthy pads came clean. I can’t bring myself to put them in the same washing machine where I wash my underwear to be honest, so I can’t say how well they wash. Four pads come with the machine, and two small sample bottles of cleaner that I haven’t tried. I’ve used some of the less expensive “no-name” pads and they work perfectly fine. I used a spray bottle with a cleaning solution in it rather than putting a solution in the canister of the machine (the “Chapin 48 oz Multi-purpose sprayer” is ideal for this. Not heavy, no squeezing a trigger repeatedly, holds ample cleaner. And since you can use this machine with one hand 99% of the time, it’s easy to carry the sprayer in your other hand). I’m not certain what you can or can’t use in it and most of these appliances warn you not to use anything other than their solutions…or else. Since I don’t want to create a black hole, cause the machine to malfunction, or otherwise disrupt the matrix, I just use a spray bottle with my cleaner of choice. As far as how well it cleans, all I can say is that the pads were filthy, so it obviously got dirt off of the floor…something I have plenty of with two Golden Retrievers running in and out of the house 20 times a day. Did it get *all* of the dirt? Probably not. I think only a pressure washer might accomplish that. I pick my battles, and a battle for a completely sterile, spotless floor isn’t one I will win. I’m using this mop on ceramic tile floors. I can’t say if it leaves streaks or not. I can’t see them if it does (no surprise there), but I suspect the type of cleaner used or how you’ve mixed it may play a part in that, for anyone who’s having that issue. For a quick, easy, ‘everyday’ mop job, this is does the trick. I have an O Cedar mop (similar to Swiffer), and I’d say this gives similar results, but with less effort – none of that back and forth motion needed. I’ll still keep that OCedar (which I still like) around for quick spot cleaning, but for a larger area I’m liking this Bissell, so far. And, it’s very, very quiet. I don’t know how well it does on 3-day old mud or ketchup stains and such, as I haven’t had that issue. But it did do well on those shoe molding/floor stains, so there is that. Just keep in mind, this is not a commercial-grade floor cleaner with the power of a diesel engine and pads made of pumice stone that will clean two years of grime off of your floor or out of those stained grout lines, so set your expectations accordingly. If you want a floor cleaner with a battery that will last through mopping your entire house, this isn’t it (a cottage or small apartment maybe, but probably not your whole house). Or, if you’re looking for a device that will sterilize your floor with powerful, aggressive scrubbing action, dragging you across the room as you hang on for dear life, keep looking. So far, I like it. I’ll be sure to update my review if needed though.

Customer Review: This mop is really great ! Easy to use and just works. I have a 4 bed 2 bath and as of now it’s been able to mop the whole house on one charge. Compact in size and easy to use. I love the maneuverability, it can mop corners and gaps easily. Floors are spotlessly clean. Be sure to vacuum first before mopping. Only minor concern: The liquid dispense and power buttons are close to each other so it’s easy to press the wrong one until you get used to it. I wish it auto dispensed liquid.

Customer Review: OK let me preface this by saying I’m a bit of a neat freak but where that ends is mopping. I hate it. I got a shark steam cleaner which was OK but man, was it a lot of work. I used it when I absolutely had to. In general we have a house cleaning service that comes every two weeks. That being said I live in the country with lots of dirt and mud, two dogs, and lately kids and grand children frequently so the tile floors have gotten kind of nasty. I always hated the idea of a mop and a bucket. That just seemed gross to me like you’re just swishing the dirt around which is why I got the steam cleaner — which seemed good. I liked that the pads could be washed in the machine but if you have a large space or if you have a shoulder troubles it’s really a pain. I have another Bissell product— a big green rug machine that I love so I looked at this because I thought— well it’s worth a shot. Quite honestly I got it because we were having company up and it was following a really muddy week and they were paw prints all over my living room and I just did not wanna deal with it ..so I started looking …read the reviews and got the Bissell and I have to say it’s fabulous not only is it effective, for me anyway, but it’s also kind of fun and quick. This little Bissell spin wave is a dream. it travels easily , it’s light weight it’s maneuverable and does a great job for me on tile floors and laminate. I don’t necessarily have totally deeply embedded dirt so the regular pads were OK for me still learning. All I can say is before I would never go to mop if I have a week before my cleaners are coming and today after a muddy day yesterday I took out my little gem and did it … nbd. I think it’s a winner, and I wish I had found it earlier. I also saw people saying that their spinners weren’t working the only time I noticed that happening was when I use the wrong pads meaning that I had different pads on each wheel— so a buffer and a scrubber at the same time. Give it a shot. I’ve never seen anything better than this to clean floors .

Customer Review: Have used this now for a few years. Ordered replacement pads that work wonderfully. I put the pads in the washer on a quick cycle and put clean ones on and keep going to complete the floor. It is a very large area of LVP from great room, kitchen, foyer and entry. Can’t use steam or heat so this was a game changer for cleaning. It is lightweight and very manageable. It is corded as I thought battery might make it heavier to use and not allow me to do the whole area on one charge.
